John, you should know the fine art of being a parent. Parents really do not select the activity. We support which activity is selected.
I always wondered why my boys never played Football or Basketball in HS. These are the sports I played. [In a sense, these are the one and only sports to play, but just because I played them.] And just because I played them does not mean I should force these decisions upon my children.
Actually my children selected wonderful activities to be involved with. Our experiences were full with all of these new choices. We were better off.
I am really happy that Rebecca has found something she can excel in.
Yeah, it used to be fun wrestling with my children. Then when they started winning, I realized it wasn't so much fun any more.
Maybe I can have fun wrestling with Cameron. You know someone my own size.
