This is how my Dad cooks a Cajun Fried Turkey.
He looks pretty great under that box.
Sarah took this picture with her camera phone. I don't know if he knew what was going on but at least we had a great turkey.

Ok, the turkey was cooking and I was waiting and waiting and waiting. So I brought my laptop out to get a wireless connection from next door. The sun was so bright I could not see the screen. So I had to shade the screen just to see what I was doing.
And by the way what do you think of the new lawn table and chairs?
We expect to be outside a little more this year with the two burner stove. What sounds good to cook?
